Where does the data come from?
Directly from the FMCSA Company Census File via the official Socrata API — never scraped. We ingest it daily and enrich it with industry classification, geocoding, and county crosswalks.
How current are the leads?
Subscribers get the file refreshed daily, so new authorities and updated filings show up within a day. One-time exports reflect the data as of your purchase.
What's the difference between $49 and $99/mo?
$49 is a single filtered export with radius search. $99/mo adds daily updates, polygon search, the renewal-window filter and alerts, custom scorecards, and CRM sync.
Is the renewal date guaranteed?
No — it's an estimate. We compute it as the BMC-91/91X effective date plus a standard 12-month term and bucket it (30/60/90+ days), which stays accurate even if a carrier's exact term differs by a few days.
Can I use this for outbound calls and email?
The contact data is public FMCSA record, but CAN-SPAM and TCPA still apply to how you use it. Our acceptable-use terms cover this — you're responsible for compliant outreach.
Is scoring the same as underwriting?
